I may have hundreds of bottles of perfume in my collection, but I’ll always tune in to a new fragrance recommendation, especially when it comes from none other than Martha Stewart.
In a campaign for Lancôme, Stewart praised the brand’s newest perfume: La Vie Est Belle Very Cherry, which is a darker, fruitier twist on the original La Vie Est Belle fragrance. “This opens with a beautiful burst of cherry” that’s “bright, vibrant, [and] impossible to ignore,” Stewart says in the video. “But what makes it interesting? The warm, woody oud is unexpected yet sophisticated,” she notes. Stewart concludes that “a fragrance should leave an impression long after you’ve left” — and this new scent does exactly that.
Lancôme La Vie Est Belle Very Cherry Eau de Parfum
As you might’ve guessed from its name, this fragrance combines a dark cherry accord with violet leaf absolute for an elegant floral touch. Whereas the original version features a warm, sweet base of vanilla and tonka bean, this new La Vie Est Belle fragrance has oud wood as the base, providing a rich depth and a beautiful contrast to the bright cherry in the opening. It still has a hint of sweetness that fans of the original scent will enjoy, but gives off a more grown-up feel that makes it an easy reach for date night.
Although La Vie Est Belle Very Cherry perfume was recently released, it’s already earned plenty of praise on Amazon. “It [has] a sweet smell, and I get a lot of compliments,” wrote one five-star reviewer. “It may cost a bit, but it’s worth it.”
Another happy shopper said, “If you don’t like talking to people, then don’t wear this perfume because I promise you will be getting stopped constantly.” And in case you were wondering about its longevity, a reviewer said that it lasts for several hours on their skin, and they can still smell it on their clothes the next day.
There’s no doubt that I’ll be adding this Stewart-used perfume to my fragrance collection immediately. Shop Lancôme La Vie Est Belle Very Cherry on Amazon (it comes in four sizes starting at 0.34 ounces and capping at 3.4 ounces) from $36, then check out more beauty products from Stewart’s routine, below.

Episode 7 — The Secret Hidden in Michael’s Birth
Michael stared at the photograph for almost a minute. Laura. Eleanor. Arthur. Richard Vale. Four people standing in front of the Bennett house. On the back, Laura had written: Ask Eleanor why Richard paid the hospital. Michael finally looked at me. “You think Richard is my father.” “I think Laura wanted you to ask why he paid for something connected to your birth.” “That’s not the same thing.” “No.” “Then don’t say it like it is.” “I didn’t.” Rachel sat quietly across from us.

My Husband hide a key in our wedding album then his mother begged me not to use
My husband was unconscious in the emergency room when his mother grabbed my wrist and whispered, “Whatever you find in his wallet, don’t go to that house.” I stared at her. “What house?” Her face changed immediately. “I shouldn’t have said anything.” That was when the nurse returned Daniel’s belongings to me. His phone. His watch. His wedding ring.

Episode 8 — The Last Secret Eleanor Took to Her Grave
Richard had just told Michael that Arthur’s name had been removed from an old hospital record. For several seconds, Michael said nothing. Then he asked the only question that mattered. “Are you my father or not?” Richard looked away. “I told you. I believed I was.” “That isn’t an answer.” “It’s the only one I have.” Michael stood so quickly his chair scraped across the floor. “You let me come here thinking you knew.” “I thought I did.” “For forty-nine years?” Richard lowered his eyes

The DNA Report Said My Husband and I Were Related—Then I Saw Where the Samples Came From
“The report says we’re related.” Daniel’s words stayed in my ear. I was still standing beside Lena at the bus station. “How related?” He didn’t answer. “Daniel.” “First cousins.” My stomach turned. Lena grabbed my arm. “That’s impossible.” Daniel heard her. “Apparently not.” “Read the laboratory name,” Lena said.

My Real Father Was the Reason Robert Took Daniel—And He’s Still Alive
Three seconds after Lena’s voicemail ended, Anna said, “I know who Claire’s father is.” Everyone turned toward her. I felt Daniel’s hand tighten around mine. “What did you say?” Anna didn’t look at me. She looked at Marianne. And Marianne suddenly looked terrified. “You promised me,” Marianne whispered. Anna shook her head. “No more promises.” I stepped between them. “You both know?” Marianne closed her eyes.

The second paragraph of my biological mother’s letter said: Robert was going to take Daniel away. And Thomas helped him prepare the papers. I stopped reading. My father was still on speakerphone. “Dad.” Silence.
