Jessie J kicked some rowdy concertgoers out of her gig in England after they began fighting in the crowd.

The “Price Tag” singer, 38, was performing at Party in the Paddock at Newbury Racecourse, around 60 miles west of London, on Saturday, Aug. 15, when the brawl occurred.

A video, posted on TikTok, showed the pop star onstage asking everyone to “try and stay quiet” while she attempted to diffuse the situation.

“This is alcohol and ego, just calm down,” she said. “To argue, to waste time about it […] especially hitting people. Come on now, in front of children. Absolutely not.”

She then asked the disruptive fans to “take a breath, adding, “They’re seeing red, they’re seeing red. Enjoy your life guys, be kind, be a good person, okay? Even if someone else is being [aggressive], don’t join them; there’s no point.”

When the peacemaking didn’t appear to work, she decided to ask for them to be removed from the concert crowd.

“So many people have spent money on this show to see me, so can you just get rid of them so we can carry on,” Jessie continued, causing the audience to cheer.

Jessie then went on to perform her song “Who’s Laughing Now.”

The Grammy-nominated singer recently announced that she and her partner Chanan Safir Colman had decided to part ways.

In a post shared on both of their Instagram accounts on July 20, she said that she and the retired basketball player, 42, were ending their five-year relationship but will continue to co-parent their 3-year-old son Sky.

“Chanan and I decided to end our romantic relationship some time ago,” she wrote. “It has been a sad and difficult situation, but we have been focused on navigating the change privately and positively for a healthy and happy co parenting environment for our son, and ourselves.”

“We will always continue supporting each other with love, respect and care as friends and most importantly being Skys Mum and Dad, so if you see us out and about together as a family, or posting each other on socials every now and again. That’s exactly what we are doing,” Jessie added.

The pair began their romantic relationship in 2021 and welcomed Sky in May 2023.

In a May 2025 interview with PEOPLE, Jessie described having their son as a “happy ending” after she experienced a pregnancy loss in 2021.
