Alec and Hilaria Baldwin Re-List Hamptons Home for the 4th Time at Just Under $19 Million

Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have re-listed their Hamptons home for a fourth time at just under $19 million. The couple first listed their sprawling Amagansett, N.Y., property for $29 million in November 2022.

Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have re-listed their Hamptons home less than two months after taking it off the market.

According to property records, the home was listed for sale on Tuesday, Aug. 25, for just under $19 million, making it the fourth time the sprawling Amagansett, N.Y., abode has hit the market.

The couple first listed the home for $29 million in November 2022, then again for $19 million in January 2024. It was listed for a third time at $21 million in December 2025 before being taken off the market in early July of this year.

For the most recent listing, the couple has enlisted a new real estate agent to market the property, Lori Schiaffino of Compass.

In a recent post shared to The Schiaffino Team’s official Instagram account, the agency revealed a special connection between the Baldwins’ home and Marilyn Monroe.

When the famous actress was married to Arthur Miller, the couple would summer in Amagansett in 1957 and 1958, according to the post. Their farmhouse at the time reportedly overlooked the massive property that now belongs to Alec, 68, and Hilaria, 42.

“The natural beauty of this private corner of Amagansett has long attracted artists, writers, and public figures,” the caption adds.

While it’s unclear why the Baldwins have decided to re-list the home now, Hilaria has recently been sharing glimpses of her family’s summer adventures in various Instagram videos, many of which feature the dazzling pool at their Hamptons home in the background.

The home also famously served as the backdrop for the pair’s TLC reality show The Baldwins, which offered an inside look at their family life with their seven children.

In August 2025, Alec told The New York Times that his kids would go “crazy” if they ever gave up the property.

“We keep coming back here because the kids are very happy. They love it here. When I go up to the kids and go, ‘Want to sell the house?’ they go crazy,” he said at the time. “It’s a kid’s home that I never want to leave.”

A new video tour of the estate shared by The Schiaffino Team of Compass highlights the property as being “just moments to the beach” while also overlooking more than three acres of agricultural reserve.

The 8,556-square-foot estate is spread out across five acres of land and boasts five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Inside the home, there’s a private study, media room and screened-in porch, while the outdoor areas feature a spa-like pool and a fenced vegetable garden.
