New court documents reveal that Cassie Ventura has relocated outside the United States following the high-profile criminal trial of her ex, Sean "Diddy" Combs — and she has no intention of coming back.
Cassie Ventura has quietly left the United States in the aftermath of Sean "Diddy" Combs' explosive federal trial — and she has no plans to return.

Documents obtained by TMZ, dated May 1, 2026, show a court declaration filed by Ventura in connection with her ongoing lawsuit against male escort Clayton Howard. In it, she states plainly:
"I reside outside of the United States. I do not intend to move back to the United States."
"I reside outside of the United States. I do not intend to move back to the United States."
Ventura, who was pregnant and living in New York last summer when she took the stand in Combs' federal criminal trial, further clarified her status in the filing: "I am a citizen of the United States. I am not a resident of the State of California."

The declaration was submitted in response to Howard's lawsuit against her and Combs, which was filed in California. Ventura argued that appearing in California court would be a significant burden, noting that her legal team is based in New York. Her exact location abroad has not been disclosed.
Howard's suit against the former couple centers on claims that they hired him for so-called "freak-offs" — encounters he alleges left him with an STD. He has also claimed that he fathered a child with Ventura, though she reportedly terminated the pregnancy.

Howard was among seven escorts who cooperated with prosecutors during Combs' criminal case. In his lawsuit, he alleged that both Combs and Ventura subjected him to severe sexual abuse, leaving him with lasting physical and psychological trauma.
In a notable twist, Ventura's latest filing reveals that Howard once sent her husband Alex Fine a supportive message in 2023 — shortly after she went public with her accusations against Combs.
According to the filing, the message read, "I'm [...] happy you saved her. I'm glad she got something probably not near what she deserves."

The news of Ventura's departure comes roughly a year after she testified at Combs' widely followed trial. The music mogul had been indicted in September 2024 on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty and has consistently denied all accusations against him.
During the 2025 proceedings, Ventura spoke at length about the nature of her relationship with Combs — an on-and-off entanglement spanning 11 years before it ended for good in 2018.

Combs was ultimately convicted on two counts of transportation and acquitted on the remaining charges. He is currently serving a four-year prison sentence.
Beyond the $20 million settlement she received from Combs, Ventura was also awarded approximately $10 million from the InterContinental Los Angeles Century hotel — the site where surveillance footage captured Combs physically assaulting her in a hallway.
