She is accused of allowing men to sexually assault her two young daughters

The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office was contacted on Aug. 3 about the alleged sexual assaults

A South Carolina woman has been arrested on allegations of allowing men to sexually assault her two young daughters.

Helena Nichole Hoyle, 27, was arrested on Aug. 14 for two counts of trafficking persons and two counts of child neglect.

According to arrest warrant affidavits obtained by PEOPLE, the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office was contacted on Aug. 3 about the alleged sexual assaults of the two girls, ages 4 and 7.

The affidavits allege the girls described “repeated sexual assaults by multiple unknown males, on multiple occasions” and said their mother “knowingly allowed access to her daughters by the males in exchange for money and illegal narcotics.”

Per the affidavits, the youngest alleged victim was “unable to provide the same level of detail as the older victim” because of her age.

“However, she corroborated significant aspects of the disclosure, including [that] multiple males inappropriately touched both her and the older victim,” the affidavits state.

According to the affidavits, Hoyle on at least one occasion was allegedly “sitting on the floor nearby scrolling TikTok on her phone” when one of the children was assaulted.

The children also alleged that dishes were never washed, and they couldn’t brush their teeth or shower because there was no water in the house and there was no bathroom, so they had to “pee and poo in a bucket.”

As of Aug. 18, Hoyle remained in the Berkeley County Jail on $250,000 bail, WKRC reported.
